When I felt like the big players in the plumbing business were overpricing their work and were putting an unfair markup on the hardware they were selling me... I called Richardson. I woke up early one morning to find water dripping through the ceiling the entire length of my living room. I called Mr. Richardson immediately and he was able to swing by my home on his way to the office that morning. He expertly solved my problem and was respectful, courteous, and very fairly priced. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Mr. Richardson enough. Every time my almost 90 year old mother (who still lives by herself) has had plumbing issues, he has been there to assist. He installed a new water heater a few years ago that is still going strong and came to her rescue a couple of days ago when her kitchen sink was stopped up.
