I am so thankful for David ! We found out we had a water leak from our heater on Christmas Day. I frantically started calling plumbers in the area hoping we could get on someone’s waiting list. Out of the eight plumbers I contacted, David was the only one to call me back. He asked where I was located and was over to our house immediately. Not only did he resolve the leaking issue, which would have resulted in massive water damage, he found a water heater the next day and had it installed. He gave me peace of mind! Woke up to find a water stain on the ceiling under where our water heater is located. We have already had 1 bad heater burst years ago and left us with a waterfall in our downstairs, so I feared this is where we were heading. Called around to plumbers and no one could come out for 2+ weeks. Called Richardson Plumbing and he came out on his way home from his last job site, assessed the damage, inspected my water heater, and assured me there would be no overnight waterfall.
