After an inspector from another company who was supposed to just be checking out our AC left us with no heat (was fine before they touched anything) Travis from Pride came through and was immediately able to figure out the issue and help us to understand what was going on. I had my venting lines flagged by the city for both my hot water heater and furnace. I had been given the run around by another company and after a week of no hot water I called 11 companies. This guy was my last call before I gave up. It was friday afternoon to make matters worse. My tech came out and replaced all this and was done in a couple of hours. My furnace quit working right when it became very cold and windy. I googled the best gas furnace company and found these guys on yelp. After reading their great reviews, I decided to call them and they were able to come out the very next morning. Travis was super friendly and informative and had my furnace running again in no time at all. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need, which I loved. Finding a trustworthy company isn’t always easy to do. I loved the service so much and finding out that his parents own the company gave me a great feeling too.
