First time homeowner here. Called for HVAC service and inspection. Our tech was awesome. He was friendly and very helpful, explaining to us all the components and showing us the instruments used and what the readings meant. Will keep Argent in mind when it comes time to replace the system.
Argent was called late morning and technician arrived in the early afternoon. Technician was very thorough. He has been to our home before to perform preventive maintenance and was very professional. Service: Install thermostat
Despite some initial confusion on ordering the parts, the technician worked hard until he solved the dryer issue. Then, when the parts seemingly failed within a day, he returned, replaced them again, and stayed with the issue until it was resolved. Kudos for persistence!
