Ponds Roofing is not the least expensive option, but over time, I found that their work is superior. All my questions are answered, even if it becomes necessary to talk to the president of the company for further information. That is not what I generally find when asking very specific questions with other contractors. I no longer look for multiple bids because of the hassle, but particularly because Pond's does such a good job and stands by their work. I highly recommend!
