From my first call to Pond Roofing to the completion of the work, my husband and I found this company to be exceptional. The salesman, Shanti Smith, was friendly and very helpful in assessing our needs. We wanted to discuss roofing, new entry and storm doors and new shutters. He determined we did not need a new roof at this time - Wow, an honest salesman! We ordered new shutters and doors and they arrived sooner than expected. The workmen were always on time, careful and professional. The shutters arrived and were installed first. When the entry and storm doors arrived and were installed, the workmen and I noticed a flaw or defect in the glass and blinds insert. The installers called the production manager who came out to see for himself, and he was quick to agree and order a new insert without us even asking. They were so easy to work with. They showed up on time to review the work required to my roof. 25 year old roof but said that it didn’t require replacement, just a repair around the chimney. The fact that this company has been around for over 50 years with little to no advertising speaks volumes. I was in dire need of a new roof. Got several quotes but choosing Pond Roofing ended up being a no brainer for me. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy. The pricing was reasonable. The customer service professional. The workmanship was efficient and excellent as promised. Joe was thorough when doing the initial estimate, and honest and clear in what work needed to be done. He was also patient and extremely knowledgeable in answering all of my questions (I had a lot) as well as following up after the work was completed to ensure everything was done to their standards.
