Mr. Handyman of Richmond

I have used Mr. Handyman multiple times to handle any odd jobs for my rental property. The technicians have always been on time, friendly, and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. The work has been done well & any issues were promptly scheduled for remediation. And they are reasonably priced. The real star of the show is their receptionist, she is always so kind and calls me by my name. She makes me feel like their most important customer every time we speak and that is so rare nowadays. I contacted Mr Handyman initially just to install drywall in my 672sqft detached garage. Who know they would basically remodel my whole garage for me! They framed and installed 2 doors, did a bunch of electrical work including installation of can recess lights as well as switches and movement of multiple outlets. They installed my flooring and wall paneling upstairs which is way better than I imagined with beautiful trim around the floors, windows and doors. The mancave is now complete thanks to Jake and Jarrod the installers and the client concierge. Yes I recommend them for any minor or like I had done, major home project. The pictures I included are of the media room above the garage, my place of zen. Mr. Handyman services did a great job at an affordable value to me. The service technician was experienced, knowledgeable about my particular issue, and respected my diagnosis and opinions as to what the probabilities of my leaking ceiling could be - the roof! He listened, allowed me to give as much information as I had, and then asked good questions so he could be clear on how to address the problem(s). It was as if the Mr. Handyman concierge service knew what unique personality would jive with mine. Mr. Handyman took the problems as if they were his own and treated me and my home as he would his own; mindful of carpets, walls, floors, etc. It was a wonderful first-time experience using them. I will definitely keep them to the front of the line when other issues/concerns with home projects come up - and in an old house, that's a monthly occurrence.
