The Pinnacle Group did a wonderful job with our windows and doors. They came to give us an inspection for our roof but told us that we didn't have any damage. Their honesty surprised us but it was very welcome. Instead of getting our roof fixed we ended up getting our windows, front door and patio door done. It was so easy because Marvin, our sales rep, had his tablet open and we built our doors right there. They came and measured then we had to wait a bit for the everything to be made. We didn't wait long though and everything fit custom to our house. I'm very happy with everything. Everything was done on time, they communicated every step of the way and they were kind and honest. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to fix their roof, windows, or doors. They also had siding and I passed that information along to my sister.

Mary Catherine Keary one of their Residential Advisors came to my home she was professional, knowledgeable, and provided EXCELLENT Customer Care when discussing my roofing problems and my options. The price I was given was very affordable. The roofing supplies was delivered in a timely manner and the work was completed in 2 days. I am a widow, and I can personally tell you that it is hard to get an honest contractor to work on your home without being taken to the bank, receiving poor service or a substandard product. The Pinnacle Group stayed in touch with me throughout the process and answered any questions I had while the work was being done. The follow-up after the work was completed has been top notch.
