The woman that answered the phone at Amazing Comfort and made my appointment was so friendly and efficient. Alex showed up on time and explained everything he was doing and fixed my problem. He was polite, friendly, and answered all my questions. I’m so happy with my experience. I hope the next time I need service through AHS, they will let me request Amazing Comfort. I used this company through my home warranty company. The technician did not fix the problem. They did not provide a report as to what the problem was and the fix. I reached out to them again and the response is that they would not be able to come out again until until ten days later. I currently have a 70 year old individual with stage 4 cancer living there and have no way getting their technician out there to fix the unit. I had a different contractor come out, replaced the capacitor and the system is running to factory specifications. This contractor is too lazy to troubleshoot. HOS response below demonstrates his lack of knowledge of AC systems. Due to this review, Amazing Comfort has now threated me and the tenant of the house.
