I was looking for a handyman to address my leaking roof on my two story house. RT informed me that for insurance purposes, he does not do any roofing work, but could come by and try to locate the issue and provide me some guidance on how to move forward. RT was able to climb through my attic and pin point my issue and I was able to take his advice and reach out to roofing contractors with confidence. This man is a blessing!!! On two separate occasions he has come out and corrected an issue that I was having with my heating and ac unit. Instead of calling elsewhere consider contacting Mr. Wise for his services. Not only is his prices reasonable but if you have a question about what he is working on he will gladly answer and explain in full details if need be.
