Benchmark Heating & Cooling

A workorder for our A/C was put in by our property manager- they called us ahead of time, came out the same day and worked fast to fix the issue (luckily it wasn’t anything too serious and hopefully we can keep the problem at bay going forward). Friendly technician, we have Air again, thanks much!

The first time they came out for my heater the technicians were high. The smell of weed filled my garage. They didn't fix it, still charged me though. My husband had them come out again. Still didn't know how to fix it. They have come out several times within 2 weeks, they still haven't fixed it. Now it's super cold in the house with 2 toddlers cold all night. They have taken days to answer calls. My husband has left several messages over the weekend, yet they say they're 24/7. 10/10 do not recommend. I will probably have to find a new company as it's getting cold now and my kids won't go to bed. This has been going back and forth now for a few weeks.

They were simply amazing and comical as well. They meet all my HVAC needs. They were very kind and went over and beyond. They exceeded my expectations. They were professional,timely, and mindful of my heat needing to be fixed, and worked diligently to fix the problem. I definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
