Jerry took our call for diagnosis and repair from the 24hr service hotline. He called w/i about 30 minutes, said he would be here by 1:30pm and he showed on the dot. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitors and a fuse in the sub-panel, and checked the coolant levels. We were back up and running in an hour. I’m so thankful he was available. We had called a different company the day before and the earliest they could respond was in two days. We’d already spent a night w/o AC and were miserable. The next day was even hotter. Jerry was very personable and polite, and permitted me to watch and ask questions. I was so impressed, I signed up for the preventive maintenance plan on the spot. Highly recommend! Been with Kearney and Sons for quite a few years and today was just another great example of their dedication to customer service. A representative, Jackie, called a week ago to set up the appointment, very pleasant to deal with. Today, I got a phone call as a reminder that they were coming today and a call from the technician when he was on his way. Walt S., one of their technicians, he did a thorough job during a maintenance inspection of our unit, cleaned and washed up the unit and coils, and he removed all debris from under/inside of the fan box, making it look practically new again. He shared via photos of what work he performed of the unit internals, and then discussed with me his recommendations. Thanks Walt S. for a wonderful job! Service: HVAC system maintenance
Kearney and Son’s came highly recommended to us when we moved here from out of state and we have been very pleased with their service, start to finish. It’s great that we can request the same technician for routine visits. Our service technician, Harold, is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to talk to us about our aging but good working ! equipment.
