On the hottest day of the year, after normal business hours (of course), our A/C died literally an hour before we were supposed to leave town for a few days. This was a big issue, as we have animals we couldn't leave home mid-summer with no air. Called Commonwealth Cooling and Heating to see if we could get an emergency technician to come out. Brian was at our door within 20 minutes. Had the A/C running 30 minutes after that. Saved our entire weekend. Five stars.
