I had 18 windows installed by Marshall. I got 4 estimates, and chose Marshall because 1) they did not hard-sell me- they gave me information and let me decide on my own time; 2) they knew a lot about the different windows they sold; 3) they had great suggestions on what would look best on my house, unlike other sellers; and 4) Marshall had top ratings in Washington Checkbook. They also made the process very clear and stress- free. Yesterday, Marshall sent their team out to install the windows. They are beautiful!! Each member of the installation team knew what they were doing, and they worked efficiently to minimize the time my home was without windows. One guy went around and vacuumed under each window after it was installed, and cleaned each window to perfection. Doug, the gentleman who gave me the estimate (and great suggestions on the type of windows to purchase) stopped in during the installation to make sure everything was going great.
