My interaction with Justin from Elite Heating and AIr was by far the best service interaction I have ever experienced . He was extremely fast to address my problem. It was literally 15 minutes from when I called until he arrived at my house. The entire interaction from my initial call until the issue was fixed was about an hour! This is by far the best response time I have ever received from a company performing a service for me. He was very polite, explained the issue and how to avoid it in the future, and his prices were fair and reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend calling him for any HVAC needs. I used Elite Heating and Air when my A/C wasn't working and Justin showed up to diagnose my problem in under 30 minutes. He worked methodically through finding the problem (which was very small) and corrected it quickly to ensure I cool my house again. Between the fast response, fast fix, and total knowledge of my system, I will 100% use him again and recommend him to everyone I know. Everybody needs an honest, reliable and knowledgeable HVAC guy, Justin is your man! His broad depth of technical knowledge and hands on expertise with the mechanical side of the equation ensure any job he tackles will be completed correctly and professionally. Justin has worked on my HVAC systems at my house, and recently performed a complicated replacement of my park model Rooftop air conditioning system. The job included fabricating a drain system, installing a new roof top exhaust fan, as well as repairing and framing out the gable vent that was required to be cut in order to fit the AC unit Through a lifetime roof. He really went above and beyond on this one. Additionally, he also installed a mini split in the trailer’s sunroom. When I say Justin is a one stop shop, I am not exaggerating.
