Mike, Dalton, Terry, and Kyle were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very nice! Very friendly and fun to talk to as they helped install a brand new hvac system. They diagnosed the problem, and installed it within 4 days. I cannot recommend Gault enough. These guys are the definition of professional while being down to earth. We had a Generac generator installed and Brian, Trace, and Seth and all that came to my home were so very polite and they work!! They were on time, explained everything that was being done, did an amazing job and clean up. You have some fine young men working for you. It was an absolute pleasure to have them at my home. I highly recommend your company. In this time of recovering from the past two to three years, you are definitely a five star company.

This was my second appointment with Gault Electric for my generator. This company is very responsive and uses technology to make sure it’s customers are up to date on appointments, when service techs are enraptured and scheduling subsequent appointments. The tech for this call, Corey Culp, was on time , reviewed the service call procedures to be used, and made sure any questions were addressed. When he was ready to leave I had a paid invoice on my inbox along with an email reminder of my next year’s visit! Very impressed with Gault and have recommended them to two friends!
