Mac's Heating and Cooling

Had the AC go out in the middle of summer and was super scared it would be major expense or replacement of the entire system. It was a simple repair and I am super thankful. I hired them to install new gas line. The job was piecemealed using galvanized, brass, coated flex line and numerous couplings and elbows. The women who answers the phone threatens to hang up when you complain. They never did a pressure test on the line, I had to buy a bicycle pump and do it myself after it failed inspection because they didnt press the line up. They charged 1800.00 for pieces and parts that look hideous because they obviously can't bend pipe . I shouldn't have had to argue with them to get the material I paid for.

During the summer heat 1 of the a/c unit broke down. Mac came out the same day. Got the unit working again. Tech did explain that the system was very old and with the hot days were having it may go out again. System did go out a week later and they came and installed a new unit promptly.
