Our heat exchanger cracked on our Lennox system when our unit was only 9 years into a 20 year warranty. Other companies said it may take up to 4 months to get the part. They even suggested we replace the system. We had replaced the motherboard and induction fan 3 weeks prior to the heat exchanger going bad with another company. Cecil at Precision said we should replace the heat exchanger since it was under warranty and not have the expense of a new system yet. He was honest and upfront about everything and his labor price was better than any other company around. I highly recommend this company! From the owner down to the employees, you get treated right!
