Smith & Keene

I don’t dislike the company. Just a little disappointed that my place was built in 2014, Smith &Keene installed the A/C units and they have come out here 4 times to fix something different, within the last 6 years. I don’t think an A/C system should go down, leaking Freon, that many times within 6 years. I’m not mad, just a bit disappointed.

Had new air heating/ac unit installed spring 2019. It worked great for 1 year and this past summer it failed to keep my house cool. Had a tech come to the house it worked great for a few days but after a few days it went back to working subpar. Would not recommend this company. Update: I reached out to Smith and Keene November 3 and they want to charge me another 89 service fee. The problems wasn't remedy the first time but want me to go in my pocket again. Clearly, there goal was to act like they care with their response. Buyer Beware Service: Install AC

do not recommend this company to anyone! Called them for warranty to fix there faulty gas line. Herb showed up and said my dryer gas line is the leak/issue? Which it was not the problem. Also said the line they installed was not leaking. Which was leaking in fact you could hear it hissing if herb even turn the gas on. Didnt even want to fix anything under the so called warranty for their workmanship. And have the nerve to charge a bill on top of it really? They are not customer oriented and john J. kept saying I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to basic plumbing of black iron pipe.
