Loren was professional, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable. I had called another business in the area who quoted me an unreasonable amount just to assess the problem, and refused to give me an estimate of the post-assessment repairs stating that "the house had old wiring". Bright Side Electric was transparent with the pricing throughout the entire process and the electrician that arrived walked me through every step of the repairs. Loren was able to repair the issue and replace the old outlets in a timely manner. I truly felt like he had treated the work he had done on my home as if it was his own.
