Air Specialty Heating & Air Conditioning

Sunday evening I realized my air conditioning was not working and the temperature in the house was 84. I called and left a message for emergency service. I received a response within 10 minutes. They tried to troubleshoot the problem but in the end Dan came out around 9pm. He quickly found the issue and within minutes the temperature started to cool. Dan then proceeded to check other things around the house to make sure everything was working properly and that it would continue to cool. I had several questions and he took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will be using this company in the future. My most recent issue with this company is I currently pay $42 dollars a month to have yearly service and emergency priority service when my system has a problem. I called over the Christmas break multiple times when I had an emergency and no one called back. AT ALL. I had to find another source to fix my unit. Air Specialty loves taking your money but does not like to provide the service. This unit was installed brand new over the summer and had nothing but trouble with the unit. I have had service techs come out several times and still have issues. Just to give you an idea of how they run... they installed the new unit, DID NOT install a new drip pan and the duct work was not secure. The air was pumping right into the attic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Dan was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Get customer service - he told me about the new ductless systems and about updating my system. He promptly got my system back to it's working properly state. Great company, will have my business from here on our.
