I love this company!! When me and my husband started having problems with our ductless units we didn't know who to go to. I found these guys and I was so happy when they said they could work on them. They came out the next day after I called. Lee was amazing on figuring out what the problem was and explained everything so well to me, as a first time home buyer. Both him and Joy answered any questions I had with ease. Lee and Chandler came out once our parts were in and did a wonderful job on fixing what needed to be fixed. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family! ​

Received a call within an hour of requesting service and company said they could have someone out in 30 min. Arrived on time kept me informed very professional services. Answered all questions in respectful manner. Sr tech was Dan and his technician was Patrick. I didn’t get last names but I do wonder how I’ve never heard of this company before… I was extremely satisfied with their overall resolution to the HVAC issue and just how they handled the entire encounter. Matt and Rence from Air Specialty Heating & AC installed a heat pump and air handler for me in September. They were on time, courteous, and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. I have been dealing with Air Specialty for about 2 years now, and they have always been very responsive to my issues. Joy, the office scheduler, is a real pleasure to deal with.
