Superior Plumbing

We were hit with an insanely high water bill. Superior was recommended to us and they came out that day to find the problem. Unfortunately the problem couldn’t be fixed right then and there-not their fault. We were thinking we would be without water until the new year as it was a couple days from Christmas. They got us on the schedule for the following Monday after Christmas. They were always on time, if not early. Very professional and worked efficiently. They weren’t very helpful when my warranty company assigned them to me. Didn’t fix my problem and didn’t accept the work order because they didn’t think that they were going to get paid. When I explain to them that the concern they had was already taken care of they refused to give me another reason why they didn’t want to help me out and just hung up the phone
