Had an emergency on Saturday with a leaking water pipe. Called and was told I would have confirmation of when the repair person would be assigned within thirty minutes. Was contacted within that time frame and given the information. Barry arrived at the designated time and did the repair quickly. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. Price was very reasonable. The entire experience was positive. Everyone was friendly and professional. The communication was great. Highly recommend these folks. Service: Plumbing leak repair

The service is great; the price is not. Get quotes elsewhere. They will not adjust their price if the job was quoted incorrectly. Don’t let them quote you over the phone. Shame on me. Lesson learned. It is tough to hear the technician say, “well this will be a lot easier than expected” and then be charged more. When I asked for an itemized bill, I was refused. $125 per every 10 minutes work is to high. We were going to use them for a bathroom model, but we are now looking for new contractor. Barry and Sons Plumbing is a wonderful company. I called in panic mode and spoke to Amanda who assured me that she would do the best to try and get someone to my property as soon as possible. She called me back and said that a team would be in my area and could come by for an estimate. Within 2 hours Michael and Quinn showed up and they were very professional and explained to me what was going on in my crawl space. I had sewer pipe corroded and needed replacing along with a kitchen pipe as well. Repairs were scheduled to be done and I felt so relieved. On repair day Michael and Quinn showed up ready to work.
