Bill arrived within an hour of our call for help. He was up front about cost and repair, and followed strict Covid protocol. We recommend his services and will use him in the future. Services: Electrical outlet & switch repair, Electrical power restoration, Electrical outlet & switch installation
Asked him to install a WiFi smart light switch and he said he didn't know how. I assured him I just needed him to hook it up electrically into a pre-existing light switch spot and I would handle the wifi. I'm not sure how much more basic of a project this could get. I wish I was more confident to do it myself. I don't recommend him. I called Cole electric and they got the job done. I do recommend them.
Bill is very prompt, courteous and professional. He does excellent work and always has the customers best interest in mind. Fairly priced and trustworthy and works very hard to make sure the job is done right. I have used his services for several years and will continue to recommend him. He's a nice person as well.
