This company is simply put AWESOME ????. The staff, employees and others are very professional, proficient, friendly, courteous, and customer service is outstanding. I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service. I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths. Good luck with that! As a renter of this property for 10+ years, not acceptable. The rental monies have never been late. Arrived and left for 1.5 hrs to pick up supplies and assistant. Charged me, plus another 1.5 hrs plus parts. Owner of company, " Billy" finally removed 1 HR. but still being overcharged .5 STRONGLY advise to watch your hourly charge if you decide to use them. Service: Water heater installation
