I had the most enjoyable experience of any service with Discount Plumbing's employee James. He showed up QUICKLY, within an hour, to the house where I had a complete stoppage in the main drain. My family couldn't use any plumbing, and after a really rough time with the home warranty people we called Discount Plumbing. James was done so fast I couldn't believe it. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Everyone with needs for plumbing would be VERY lucky to have him. The service was 100% perfect and cheap but NOT cheap, if you catch my drift. This company is simply put AWESOME ????. The staff, employees and others are very professional, proficient, friendly, courteous, and customer service is outstanding. I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service. I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths. Good luck with that! As a renter of this property for 10+ years, not acceptable. The rental monies have never been late.
