When Mark came to our house to provide an estimate for me and my wife, it seemed he was more interested in looking at the property than talking to me about the work we wanted done. As the concrete was being poured soon, we asked him to come lay the PVC conduit on Friday of that week. He said he'd be out, but he never showed up. Our concrete guy had to go ahead and put the conduit in himself. On Monday, the concrete was poured. When he showed up at our residence to install his own PVC conduit, he picked fights with both my wife and my concrete contractor. The installed PVC was not in the correct location as indicated on our city-approved blueprints. Our chosen electrician didn't utilize Mark's PVC. He used the conduit run by our concrete contractor (who put it in the right location). In fact, nothing that Mark did was of any use for us. Mark has done several jobs for me and he does an excellent job. He has upgraded my electrical box, wired a hot tub and completed electrical work on a new sunroom. He and his crew are prompt and polite. I would recommend his company very highly.
