We are have been doing business with Mark & Associates, Inc. for many years. They handle the building's maintenance as well as handled the electrical needs of several of our remodeling and expansion needs. They are courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and very helpful. The owner takes time to go over the scope of work, make recommendations and is always prompt when he sends his electricians to do the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a commercial or residential electrician.
I have an old home in the historic district of Norfolk. I called for an estimate on some work that I had been putting off. We decided on a date and time, and Mark was prompt. I showed him what I wanted done, and he made suggestions that helped me prioritize the work I needed VS what could wait. He made suggestions on what could save me money in the long run.
