Homefix Roofing and Window Installation

Salesman rang our doorbell despite the fact we have a no solicitation sign posted next to it. After reviewing our video doorbell footage, the salesman also appears to be looking into our front door window to see if anyone was home. Unprofessional and creepy.

After much heartache and trying to get someone to complete the contract, says the salesman dropped the ball over six months ago. Installation went absolutely fabulous. I will use you again in the future. Thank you for believing in us when we told you about the problems we were having, and for you reconciling it the way you did. The installer you sent out there with absolutely fantastic. He came in knocked about didn’t leave a mess. It was only the way back made the house look good. Appreciate all your hard work. A few months ago I reached out for a quote and Mike responded as the sales representative. I let him know I was one week post partum, didn't have time for a long speech and I simply had to replace my roof to keep my home insurance and I was looking for a quality roofing company. He came over and gave an hour long presentation while I was rocking my baby to keep him calm (if you've had a newborn before you know an hour is a long time to have them not needing anything), kept trying to play me videos of satisfied customers when eventually I had to politely tell him I got what he was saying, if he could please wrap it up. I know his job is sales but it was just lengthy and not super considerate. However, all that is fine and dandy. The reason I wanted to write a review is because he asked me on multiple occasions if my husband would be joining us. I told him no the first time, he seemed upset but I understand from a sales perspective (I've been in sales) it's nice to have both people there
