Terrance was a great worker. He provided clear explanations on what the problem was and what the corrective options were. Terrance did good work and was always concerned about doing the least amount of changes to fix my leaks as necessary so we wouldn't be out extra money for repairs. Highly recommend this company.
I have had a good experience with this company a few times in the past but the recent visit on July 8th a technician with the name of Corey H showed up and said multiple unprofessional and inappropriate comments to my fiancé making her uncomfortable the entire time. He also lied to her about pricing and then when I spoke with him his explanation was completely different on the price. On the other hand he did do his job and I am happy that my plumbing is fixed! Had a backed up shower and toilet which shared the same line. He was able to get the toilet and shower to start draining and that's when the tech called it. Had to get another company to come 5 days later to finish clearing the lines and then they did a courtesy line look with a camera to make sure they got it clear unlike this company. I don't recommend this place because when I called back to see if they would come finish the job which I now realize after going through this other one I was over charged by this place quite a large amount and they would re charge me to come backout to do what they already should have done
