Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

While I was not happy with the dispatcher responsible for assigning a technician to our job, I was pleased with the technician who completed the work. I was given a 4 hour window of time to expect a technician to do the work but the window passed and they were unable to get to us that day. I was then given a 4 hour window for the next day. No one came during that time but I did receive 2 phone calls saying they were waiting on a technician to become available. 2 hours after the promised time a technician finally arrived. Ben was courteous, professional, and efficient and took the time to explain my options. He left his business card and gave me the option to call him directly on a company phone for work I am considering doing in the future. DJ was great. Explained everything, gave me the best option for the job and made sure our sewer drain was clear and running smoothly, by jetting out the clog in our sewer line. DJ was on time and was very professional. From the time he entered, he was courteous and work oriented. DJ addressed the problem and kept me informed of the progress. He cleaned out the pipes and cleaned up after he was done. He made sure everything was working right before he left. He also helped me understand the problem. When I forgot to give him the coupon until after I paid, he took the next step to make sure I would be refunded the amount of the coupon.
