Today was the first time I’ve used this company. so far, impressed. I purchased this home in 2020 and have already had to call a technician for my heat/AC 3-4 times. No one could tell me what the problem was, much less suggest how to fix it. Until today! Joe actually sat down with me and explained everything. Some things I needed to hear more than once to understand. He was very patient. He wrote up six repair options for me to choose from. After I chose, he didn’t feel like I was ‘happy’ so he kept talking to me until he (and me too really) understood what I wanted, then we came to a new agreement. It’s been a long time since I’ve actually experienced customer service. Id almost forgotten what it was. Service: A/C system repair

I wasn’t sure which category to select but today Thomas S. of Hutton Electric Heating Air was onsite at our business to retrofit the internal workings of our power box for future meter upgrade. He was on time, professional and took the time to answer all my questions before and after the retrofit. I would consider Hutton for future electrical, heating and air service or repairs. Electric meter box replacement - Our electric meter box had corroded and needed a higher quality replacement. Our technician Kris Evans came out and reviewed the existing box and our grounding. He provided two estimates: one for the box and installation, and one for potential grounding repairs. We proceeded to schedule the work on both items. On the day of service, Kris provided excellent technical expertise and service. He was thorough, careful and communicated throughout the install. While he was working on the house, he discovered that the second part of the job was not needed and promptly informed both us and the company. We were very pleased with the expertise, care and honesty of Kris Evans and Hutton Electric.
