I paid the company to send a professional handy man to do estimate about replacing my deck post. the guy came and estimate with eyes, not real hand work. I thought he is professional, he knows what he is doing. But at the day, the guy came to do the real work, he shoveled the ground around my deck post, and told us the post is not built as what he knows, he can't work the task any more, he needs to go back and give me a bigger estimate bill. And then charged me $260 for the work he did the day, and which I don't get any my required task done. Hello, the handy man from your company is professional as you descript, why he doesn't want to spend 10 minutes to shoveled the ground a bit during the estimate? Isn't this his job? why does I need pay $260 to cover his estimate mistake? don't waste your money with the company.
