Hicks is amazing!!! Had a clogged drain I thought so I called and spoke with Christina to schedule a visit. Kevin came quickly and inspected everything and filled me in on what was going on. Kevin was knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and informative. Would highly recommend Hicks anytime!!!

I had two toilets installed. They were the 2nd best price of the 3 quotes I got (but close to the first). They came out and did a free quote where as two businesses I called wanted to charge me a service fee to come give me a quote that would be applied to my balance if I had them do the work. I was able to coordinate through email and text which was helpful since I regularly do not have phone service at work. Kevin was very nice, very professional, and we ran into a space issue that he was able to provide recommendations for rather than just leave it as our problem (which in this particular situations where we bought our own parts without measuring - it was our problem).
