Aire Serv of Chesapeake

On Monday, 8/7, my a/c was not functioning and house was at 80 degrees. Called Aire Serv. Michael was here the next afternoon. Compressor shot. We had just replaced 16 months prior. Yikes! However, Aire Serv worked with me to keep the cost down. On Thursday, Michael was back out to replace compressor, etc. Michael is a stellar employee! Very cordial, respectful, efficient, thorough and always smiling. He has serviced my units several times over the years. I will be requesting him for any future needs from Aire Serv. Give him a raise!! Thanks!

Michael S. (Technician) was very professional and yet personable. He thoroughly explained his diagnosis of our A/C problem and gave additional insight on the matter. He seemed to really be genuine and eager to get to the root of the problem. I felt that all of my questions were answered and I had a clear understanding of the next steps that we need to take to resolve our A/C problem. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them as a reputable company.

Michael Scanlon arrived early, was professional, knowledgeable and provided the education needed to make the best decision for our situation. He wore shoe protectors, was polite and respectful of our home. We are on a maintenance program and we were seen quicklyand he resolved our issues same day. We appreciate the service.
