POOR INTEGRITY AND DISHONEST PRACTICES. This company installed the system in our new construction purchase. The unit has never fully work properly as there was an issue with it not cooling one room in our home when we purchased it as they failed to install one of the vents in the room . An effort to continue to be loyal as a customer I contacted them for routine maintenance on it. Service technician TJ completed my call for routine maintenance. Stated that compressor was going bad and he cleaned out drain lines and they were "ALL CLEAR". I questioned why the house is still cool. He stated that the air conditioning unit in the Attic had lines that froze and the blower was blowing cool air into my home off of the freezing lines and that was what was keeping my house cool. It also was the cause of the water leaking outside from the drain pipe and another indicator of them compressor going bad. Had another technician come out to fix it with my home warranty.
