Received an invoice a couple of months after a supposed service. Called twice to get a written explanation of service charge, other than simply plumbing service. Still haven't received any over a month after the last call.
I originally called because the water in my commode would not go down. The company came out the next day and at the time I was told. Another issue cropped up (burst pipe) with waste coming up in the yard (eww) and they took care of that as well. They were professional and easy to work with.
Very reliable and fast service. Was able to get them out quickly and handle my bathroom repair. Very polite and courteous and keep me up to date with the entire process. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them! Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet installation
