They did not have our correct phone number (no attention to detail) and did not bother to ask for the correct one although they had our address correct. They did not introduce themselves (unprofessional) and said there was no gas leak (they checked for a leak WITHOUT pressurizing the system beforehand). We had to tell them REPEATEDLY there was a leak. Once they did it properly, a large crack on a 5ft pipe was revealed. One worker also came into the house to check the fireplace and managed to dirty up the rug with his muddy shoes (thoughtless). The only positive was that they came the day after we called and (eventually) diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few hours.

I have used Ellsworth for several repairs around my house including snaking pipes, adding an access channel to the pipe, and replacing a hot water heater. The phone representative and technicians have always been professional and friendly. Prices are fair and explained upfront. They are certainly on the top of my list for future repairs.

Professional and funny phone receptionist made me laugh and not worry about my leak issue. Very polite and respectful technicians who actually explain what the issue your having and ways to possibly prevent it from occurring. They arrived within the time stated and came prepared to answer all of my 1000 questions and concerns. I thought my guest bath tube was causing the issue but once the guys took measurements, investigated inside and outside of my home they told me the issue was in fact my master bedroom toilet ????????‍♂️. I will definitely be using these guys for any plumbing and heating issues I have with any one of my properties.
