Can’t say enough good things about this company ! They’ve been around for decades, speaks volumes of their work ethics ! Always very professional, courteous, timely, reliable and trustworthy ! I know when I call I’ll get great service and treated with honesty ! I wouldn’t call anyone else ! ????
I have been waiting for over two months for my upstairs air to be fixed ,when they part came in I received the call then I kept calling for them to give me the round around oh we are backed up will come this day ok no problem only till I called today to be told the part was just ordered so I was lied to so disappointed for a company I believed in and waiting over two months now I called another company so dishearting to be told so many things then lied to if you don't have the part just say so instead of saying we will do our best to come Wednesday, or last Friday
This is my second system installed by Adams. I have been a happy customer since 2006. The excellent customer service keeps my loyal. I have never had a bad experience with anyone I have had contact with from Adam's.
