Automatic Climate HVAC & Air Conditioning

Our AC went out on Friday, and after a sour experience with another company, we scheduled an appointment with Automatic Climate for a second opinion. Tyler came out today, and he immediately got to work. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain thing to me. He really went above and beyond. I truly appreciated his professionalism and politeness. In the future, we will only ever use Automatic Climate!

I’ve never used this company, nor will I ever recommend this company and my father, as well known in the HVAC circuit. I was driving down in the in turnpike this morning on September 13 at 7:40am one of your drivers decided to tailgate me all the way down Poway Parkway to the Midlothian exit then continued to tailgate me down Midlothian turnpike. He then got next to me at a stoplight and decided to try and race me once it turned green because I’m in a Camaro ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️ This is not a good look for your business. You should tell your employees when they’re driving your company van they are a billboard for your company. I will be sure to make my complaint known beyond this Google review to the proper channels to ensure that something is done about this. You should screen your employees. Make sure they know how to drive safely. Shame on you!

John & Nick were here today to clean our air ducts. They were very thorough and made sure that they left our home as clean as when they arrived. They explained the process clearly and worked efficiently. Great job!
