A1 Pro Plumbing and sewer

Late this morning I walked downstairs to find a pipe just pouring water out of it. I don't know anything about plumbing. I found A1 plumbing online, but had never used them before. They said they could have someone out in an hour and a half or so. The leak slowed down a bit since the dishwasher had finished its cycle and Art showed up. He explained to me what the problem was and suggested replacing the entire pipe. This pipe comes from my kitchen sink and also takes output from the dishwasher and a sump pump in the basement. The pipe had rust through and he said that even if we fixed the leak, more would soon develop. The pipe was the original from when the house was built nearly seventy years ago. He also said that it should be a 2" pipe with everything that's going through it. The pipe was currently 1.5". He told me all of the things he would do and I was waiting to hear that it would be somewhere between $2,000 and $2,500. However, it was $750 and he did a great job. I asked him abo

I came downstairs to a flood through my dining room light fixture on Saturday morning. After trying and failing to reach several different plumbers, Art was recommended to me by a friend. Art was totally awesome, he immediately picked up when I called and came right out even though it was the weekend. I love this company! These guys are very good at what they do. I own rental in Roanoke and although Im plumber myself I cant just fly there to unstop sink when I am in Ohio. My tenant called with blocked kitchen sink. I called a bigger company and after them claiming they spent 5 hours trying to open told me it needed dug up for 2 grand! I told them pack it up and called Art at A1. Guess what? He snaked and opened it first try in less than hour and told me line was just routine clog and never needed dug.
