Our gas furnace stopped delivering heat yesterday afternoon and I called Comfort Services this morning a few minutes before their office opened at 8:00am. I got their answering service, who were polite and professional, left a message, and got a call back from Comfort within a couple minutes. They had two techs at our home by 9:30am. They troubleshot, identified the part that had failed, located a replacement locally, picked up the replacement part and had our heat back up and running before 11:00 am. I've used some other higher profile HVAC companies in the past and been disappointed. Comfort Services will be my go-to for HVAC service from now on. My AC quit working on the evening of the fourth of July. I called first thing the next morning and they had someone out to my house within the hour. Dustin identified the issue after about 30 seconds of looking, had it repaired 15 minutes later, and was able to provide tips to ensure more efficient cooling during these brutal summer months.
