I specifically told Jeremiah I wanted a sun tunnel with a moon light. I told him about one I saw on This Old House with a solar powered battery. He said since there was electricity there for the light, he could just hook it up with electricity. I said ok, thinking then I wouldn't have to worry about a battery. What he didn't tell me was I wouldn't have a moonlight that way and he'd be putting a regular light bulb in that comes on and is visible in tunnel when the vanity lights are turned on. I texted him and called and made a verbal complaint. Almost 2 weeks and no response. I don't guess he cares. In addition to the $2,100 I paid him, I'll be spending more to get it fixed. We had our sun porch roof replaced late last year. We did not go onto the roof as it was cold.
