The change-out crew arrived a little early, completed their job efficiently, and left early. They built a new platform in the attic for the interior unit that was not there before. Everything was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. They repeatedly went above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend Bower Heating & Air to anyone. This company really does go out of the way to make the process as smooth and as pleasant as possible. The first fellow that came out to measure and give us a quote was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the cost differences were and it was a very low pressure visit.
