I bought a brand new unit in 2020. In 2022 my unit broke down and had to get it fixed, and was without air conditioning for three days until they could send someone out. In 2023 I have another issue with the unit and they are booked and could not come out for a visit for several days. I am very unsatisfied with the new unit that I purchased since I have had these issues with it since purchase. The only reason I still use them is because the unit has a 10 year warranty with parts but that does not include the labor, which can vary and they will not give you an estimate of how much it will cost. On top of labor they will charge a service fee for the service person to come out and that will not be deducted from the labor cost. Overall I am not happy with their service and would not recommend them.

Christian was really wonderful to work with. He explained every little thing to me as I am new to all of these types of things. I worked with another company this week and did not get the great service that I got from Christian and Bower. Thank you!!
