We were already planning to replace our roof when we decided to sell our house. Our real estate agents suggested Flavio Reyes and his company, FSR Roofing Contractors Inc. Flavio was very responsive, communicating by email, text, and phone call. He gave us a reasonable quote for the roof and new gutters and downspouts, and started within a week. We also needed some other services to get the house ready: recaulking and painting the exterior, some repairs to the deck, buffing up the granite countertops in the kitchen, installing a new backsplash, and painting the entire interior. Flavio again quoted us fair prices for the work and his crew and subcontractors were able to do it all. Flavio came by once or twice every day to check on the progress of the work, answer any questions we might have, and tell us what would be happening next.
