We had a fantastic experience with RoofER. They were very patient stepping us through the insurance process to get our roof repaired from hail damage. Miraculously we only ended up needing to pay the deductible and a little extra because of damaged underlayment that wasn’t covered by insurance. They made us fully aware about this potential addition and variability to our overall bill, so we were not surprised. The quality of the work was very excellent. The communication was very open and transparent. They also didn’t break anything and didn’t leave trash behind. Overall it was great.

Our roof, gutters and window flashings were damaged from a hail storm, and the RoofER team walked us through the insurance process, even sitting with us on a Friday evening after our initial inspection to speak with our insurance rep on the phone and ensure that our claim was filed in a timely manner. All of the representatives we worked with throughout our roof inspection and installation process were knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and courteous.
