W.C. Butler Heating and Air Conditioning

Part needed replacing. My appointment was scheduled from 12p-5pm with a 20 min before arrival courtesy call. Technicians arrived just before 3pm. Unfortunately, the part shipped was the wrong one. Waited about a month for this new unit to be serviced. Technician’s were super nice and apologetic. Hopefully, the next service call will be a positive experience after waiting 5 hours with no resolution to the original service call. Service: Repair HVAC

Jerrod who came to do the yearly air conditioning check “left no stone unturned” and check all units top to bottom. I wish all people and contractors would do their job like they were doing their own home. Jerrod and W.C. Butler get an A+ for their outstanding service. Jerrod even wash down the two outside units with soap and water!
