I was thrilled with James's work from beginning to end. I'm a real estate agent and needed a handrail built for one of my seller's homes. James was quick to respond when I reached out, super professional, and asked very detailed questions about what I wanted the handrail to look like/be made of. His price was far more reasonable than the other handy man I received a quote from. The same day (same hour practically) that I reached out, James was able to schedule the work. The day of the work, he actually arrived 2 hours early and made quick progress! He was lovely to be around and is phenomenal at what he does.
