I called for a plumbing concern and received stellar customer service from Ronda. Very friendly, informative and professional! ***Update*** Unfortunately the service experience was not as great. The technician was at my home for less than an hour and I was charged $886 just to clear a blocked water line. This was the price with a 10% military discount applied. Furthermore, they took a week to take the payment from my account. I was told by several people that the technician definitely took advantage of me and that at most, the job should have been about a third of what I paid. I do not plan to use them in the future nor will I be recommending them to anyone else. I appreciate that my sinks are not backing up anymore, but would have been a repeat customer if they were up front with me. Service: Drain cleaning

I just wanted to leave a quick note and say how awesome Ray was. I needed some maintenance done on a natural gas hot water boiler and to my surprise Ray showed up within two hours of me making the phone call. He quickly diagnose the issue, ran to get the part, and had it installed perfectly and under two hours. I certainly was not expecting that level of service and I will definitely use A-1 as my go forward. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with. Thank you Ray, and you too Rhonda for getting it set up so quickly.
