I just wanted to leave a quick note and say how awesome Ray was. I needed some maintenance done on a natural gas hot water boiler and to my surprise Ray showed up within two hours of me making the phone call. He quickly diagnose the issue, ran to get the part, and had it installed perfectly and under two hours. I certainly was not expecting that level of service and I will definitely use A-1 as my go forward. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with. Our family hired A1 American to install a new HVAC unit 2 years ago and since then they've come out for routine maintenance and a couple times for repair calls. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Most recently, Jake Blackburn came out on a weekend to make repairs. He did a great job!
