I had Jake Blackburn as my service technician for my HVAC repair. He was very nice and let me know what diagnostic he was going to do and pricing up front. He didn't mind me watching (not being creepy, I just like to know what is going on for future reference) and explained to me what all he was doing. He ended up replacing the motherboard which had some obviously bad components. Luckily he had a new one in his truck. He even secured the thermostat wires better so that they don't get damaged from me doing yard work. I called A1 about the problem and was told that they would try to get someone out that day if not then the following day. An hour later Jake called me and said he was on his way and 30 minutes later he was at my house. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with his work today and will recommend him and A1.
