Our A/C unit stopped working Saturday at some we were out of town not realizing it until sunday. We called Joyner's heating & cooling Sunday afternoon and they were there within the hour. Not only did they show up on a Sunday, they worked in the heat and humidity under heat advisory for over 2 hours to try and diagnose the problem. They were informative and extremely up front about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. It turns out the motor in our unit needed replacing. They were out the very next afternoon fixing it and it works like a charm. We were so impressed with the service given and professionalism we signed up for their maintenance program and even got my parents to join as well! Our technician came to our door 30 minutes after we called. He wore a mask, was polite and very professional. He detected the issues, got the parts and quickly fixed the ac at half price another tech had quoted. I definitely recommend Joyner's Heating & Cooling.
