I called Advantage after our power flickered in the middle of the night and took out our AC in the middle of a heat wave. The people on the phone were very polite and professional. When Alex arrived, he listened to me explain what I had tried and the results of those efforts. He explained the things that could be broken while troubleshooting the problem.
