Lindsy, dispatcher, was very friendly. She called as promised, twice during the day to update us regarding our timeline for technician Matthew. Matthew arrived as expected, after he updated us with a phone call. He took time to explain what he was doing, and to show us how to clean our filters. He thoroughly checked our HVAC system, and made practical recommendations without making us feel pressured at all. We're extremely happy with his service and American Mechanical!

Paul and Ray did a very professional job of re-piping my home. As extensive as the work was, they made it as painless as possible and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They were very accommodating of my requests and made every effort to control dust and debris. I give them my highest recommendation. The tech was great, however the dispatchers sent him to 3 other jobs before mine and so he arrived a few minutes before 5 when my appt window was from noon to 2. He quickly realized he needed to talk to tech support but by then it was after hours and so tech support and the scheduling center were closed. Had to pay 85 dollars for what I already knew and then nearly 500 dollars just to have another tech come out (at an unknown time) and call tech support back. Hopefully I can update this review if things go smoother. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
