Square Foot Roofing

Square Foot Roofing completed our roof this week. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship. Tony the owner was very professional and explained everything they were doing. Prior to starting we asked for other addresses that he completed. We checked them out and was satisfied with the appearance. He also told us if we have any problem with the roof do not hesitate to call. We highly recommend Square Foot Roofing to everyone.

He walked us through the process and by the time we were finished, we knew that we were going to use their services. We had other companies come, and they wanted twice as much and did not give us the confidence we needed to make a decision with them We are very pleased with the quality of the materials we chose. Tony was very efficient and taking pictures and making sure they were emailed to us the very next day. Throughout the day, he communicated the progress that was being made, he was on the property 90% of the work day and we appreciated that. We received our warranty within two days of completion. We were supposed to have it on Saturday but because of the rain they moved it to Friday and it worked out that he was able to order and have all the materials a day earlier. This company went above and beyond our expectations . They solved an issue that was hard to detect … they did water proofing and also solved an issue with the roof / deck water proofing that was not an easy task to resolve. The company’s owner is totally fair, responsive and finished the job in a very timely manner. We will definitely consider this company for all of our future needs and anything that has to do with waterproofing , roof leakage and roof installation.
