I had 22 windows and a 3 panel sliding door replaced in my old home in Newport News this week and couldn't be more pleased. John, the owner of the company helped me select windows that complimented my historic home and the installation crew were skilled, professional and hard-working. I initially heard of Better View Windows and More because of the volunteer work they did with Chesapeake Humane Society. They installed windows there and the humane society said they did such a wonderful job. So when it came to get new windows for my house, of course we called Better View for a quote. John came out and was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We chose them to install our windows and their install team was wonderful. Their team was filled with diligent workers and they were all super friendly. I appreciate a company that does so much for the community. Due to Covid the process was slow, because it took longer than normal for the windows to come in. Once the windows arrived the process was quick & painless. Mike the installer arrived early with the windows. explained the entire process. including approximate time of completion. It was raining, but he was very careful to keep every area of the house clean as he worked. After the installation of each window he walked me through & explained what he did & ensure that I was satisfied. Once the windows were installed, Mike explained how the windows worked. I am very satisfied with the windows, & would recommend Better View Windows to anyone looking to install windows in their home. Service: Window installation
