Better View Windows and More

The experience with Better View was fantastic from the moment we met with Tony to help us with new gutters and trim work. The ongoing communication, the scheduling and installation (Clay was amazing) exceeded our expectations.

Michael was the tech who put in our new sliders. He took 2 existing windows out and replaced with the sliders. Michael explained the process step by step and answered any questions I had! He made sure that we were pleased and satisfied with the job before leaving. The whole team at Better View Windows were friendly and made sure that we were taken care of and also kept us informed on our project. Due to Covid, the manufacture was behind on producing our Sliders but we were made aware of this up front so we were not surprised. Due to Covid the process was slow, because it took longer than normal for the windows to come in. Once the windows arrived the process was quick & painless. Mike the installer arrived early with the windows. explained the entire process. including approximate time of completion. It was raining, but he was very careful to keep every area of the house clean as he worked. After the installation of each window he walked me through & explained what he did & ensure that I was satisfied. Once the windows were installed, Mike explained how the windows worked.
