We have been an MSCO customer for several years, and today we had Rick Schoop do our quarterly maintenance visit...he is quite knowledgeable, thorough, and professional while kind and friendly, very personable! I was recommended MSCO by my neighbor who had them replace her HVAC unit last spring. We had gotten quotes from a few other places but we decided to go with MSCO because Travis seemed the most knowledgeable and honest, their prices were extremely competitive if not on the lower end of what we’ve seen from others as well. Travis was on time, very responsive to text and phone calls when we had questions after the initial quote and he was able to get us a contract within an hour of the last call.
